Grillio currently ships orders throughout South Africa.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping — 8–11 business days
Your order will be delivered within approximately 8–11 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping — 5–7 business days
For faster delivery, choose Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that the estimated delivery period begins once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

You can use your tracking information to follow your order’s progress with the courier.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Grillio’s control, including courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
